Subject: [PATCH] tac mainnet: merge Polkachu seeds in init.sh for peer
 discovery

Call ct_merge_seeds() so SEEDS env populates config.toml; default
STATESYNC_RPC to tacchain-rpc.polkachu.com for statesync bootstrap.
