superseed-mainnet: add Jovian (1769065201) + Karst (1787673601) fork times to rollup.json and genesis.json

Live sequencer optimism_rollupConfig carries jovian_time/karst_time; our custom
configs stopped at Isthmus, so the de-32 bench sync diverged at block 21442759
(first Jovian block). Source: https://mainnet.superseed.xyz optimism_rollupConfig.
