reference-rpc-endpoint: zircuit-garfield-testnet — replace dead garfield-testnet.zircuit.com with rpc.garfield-testnet.zircuit.com

zircuit-garfield-testnet.drpc.org returns 'chain is not available on free plan'
(code 35), so sync-status reports garfield as 'unverified (reference unreachable)'
on de-32/de-11. https://rpc.garfield-testnet.zircuit.com answers eth_blockNumber
(0x1703803 on 2026-09-05). drpc kept as second URL.
