fix soneium-minato→miniato typo + add drpc_chain to compose_registry.json
Add authoritative dRPC slug field (operator audit 2026-08-04):
- generate_registry.py: add drpc_chain field from x-upstreams[0].chain
- Fix soneium-minato-sepolia → soneium-miniato-sepolia typo in compose files
- drpc_chain is null for entries without x-upstreams (not dRPC-servable)
