Claude Agent	4b0ce9ca69	aztec-testnet: bump to 4.3.1 (network redeployed, 3.0.2 genesis incompatible) + regen drift ... Aztec testnet rollup was redeployed on Sepolia; 3.0.2 computes the old genesis archive root and crash-loops. 4.3.1 matches the deployed rollup and bootstraps from snapshot.
