d0291932bc Regenerate all compose files with version updates 
- prysm v7.1.3, lighthouse v8.1.3, java-tron v4.8.1
- Add zero-gravity/aristotle chain (chainid 16661)
- Add tempo/mainnet compose files
- Add tempo to chainid exempt list (uses named chain specs)

- avalanche-go: v1.14.0 → v1.14.1 (Granite.1 release)
- bsc: 1.6.5 → 1.6.6 (security fixes from geth v1.16.8)
- pathfinder: v0.21.3 → v0.21.5 (sync hotfix)
- reth_gnosis: v1.0.0 → v1.0.1 (RPC bugfixes)
