31587d758b arc-mainnet: pin reth+consensus 0.8.0 (reth 2.2 Storage V2) 
0.7.2 (reth 1.11) panics in alloy-trie on the V2 snapshot datadir. Matches
context.yml + the arc-testnet pin. Archive seeded from snapshots.arc.network
and serving on rpc-de-16.

The arc-network cloudsmith registry has NO v-prefix for 0.8.0.
Available tags are 0.8.0 and 0.8.0-66ad2d5a (the v-prefix existed

d896378eb7 Add optional/ephemeral volume notation for restore resilience 
Introduce x-optional-volumes for beacon sidecars (prysm, nimbus, lighthouse,
teku, lodestar) that are checkpoint-sync capable and rebuild state quickly.
Mark reth sockets volumes as ephemeral (runtime IPC artifacts).

Script changes:
- volume-utils.sh: add is_optional_volume_key() function
- restore-volumes.sh: tolerate missing optional/ephemeral volume archives
- clone-backup.sh: skip missing optional/ephemeral volumes gracefully
- list-restorable.sh: only require archives for non-optional persistent volumes

This fixes the de-25 ethereum prysm incident (entire 1.1T restore failed
due to missing prysm archive) and arc-testnet reth sockets restore loops.

Mirror arc-testnet for mainnet: --chain=arc-mainnet (bundled genesis, chainspec.rs
ARC_SUPPORTED), drpc chain 'arc' (CHAIN_ARC__MAINNET), forwarder rpc.arc.network.
malachite follows rpc.arc.network + arc.drpc.org (testnet endpoints are testnet-only
in Circle's docs). Generates arc/reth/arc-mainnet-reth-{pruned,archive}-trace.yml.
