rob 5f85d6b5a4 fix(zircuit): update Garfield configs for Sepolia L1 ...

- Use --networkid=48898 instead of --network=garfield
- Change L1 endpoints from HOLESKY to SEPOLIA
- Set OP_NODE_NETWORK=testnet
