Claude Agent 8684fbb96b katana mainnet op-reth: execution-layer sync + conduit bootnodes ...

op-node env (env/op/katana/mainnet/node.env):
- OP_NODE_SYNCMODE: consensus-layer -> execution-layer
- add OP_NODE_SYNCMODE_OFFSET_EL_SAFE=12h
- add OP_NODE_P2P_BOOTNODES (conduit katana bootnodes)
- drop OP_NODE_L2_SKIP_SYNC_START_CHECK=true (global default false applies)

Regenerates katana-mainnet-op-reth-pruned-trace + -archive-trace.
