arb/robinhood: add nitro pruned-pebble-path compose for mainnet and testnet
Orbit rollup on Ethereum/Sepolia with per-chain baseConfig assets (testnet info-json from official config; mainnet genesis-json-file bootstrap). Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
