Summary

Asset change for tac-mainnet fix: updated init.sh to call ct_merge_seeds() so SEEDS env gets written to config.toml, unblocking peer discovery.

Verification

  • Added ct_merge_seeds call before ct_set_persistent_peers
  • Default STATESYNC_RPC fallback to Polkachu RPC
  • Regenerated compose validates correctly
