Claude Agent 40a415cee8 avalanche: revert fuji profile to leveldb (remove firewood, restore leveldb) ...

The previous commit (b578bd85) incorrectly renamed fuji from leveldb to firewood.
On-disk verification on rpc-de-10 (64k *.ldb files, --db-type=leveldb flag,
startup log databaseConfig.name=leveldb) proves the avalanche-fuji node uses
LEVELDB. This commit restores the leveldb profiles and removes the firewood
variants for fuji.

- Restored: avalanche-fuji-go-pruned-leveldb.yml, .prune.yml, archive-leveldb.yml
- Removed: avalanche-fuji-go-pruned-firewood.yml, .prune.yml
- Updated: compose_registry.json
