Summary

Adds rpc/cosmos/scripts/README.cometbft.md documenting the correct Polkachu FULL snapshot bootstrap procedure for cosmos-mainnet gaiad fresh syncs.

Prerequisites:

  • Polkachu FULL snapshot (includes wasm/ + IBC-08-wasm), not state-sync alone
  • Snapshot URL pattern: https://snapshots.polkachu.com/snapshots/cosmos/cosmos_<HEIGHT>.tar.lz4
  • CL_VERSION must match live chain version (verify via abci_info)

Fresh wasm-chain bootstrap needs a Polkachu full snapshot (includes wasm/),
the snapshots URL pattern, and CL_VERSION matching the live chain version.
