73173299c9 cosmos gaiad: document Polkachu FULL snapshot bootstrap procedure 
Fresh wasm-chain bootstrap needs a Polkachu full snapshot (includes wasm/),
the snapshots URL pattern, and CL_VERSION matching the live chain version.
